Birthday Parties

Would you like to have a Music Together® Party that children of all ages can enjoy? UpBeat Louisville can host your party in our bright, airy studio OR we can bring the music to your home party!

 

 

Scheduling:

 

Home Birthday Parties can be scheduled at any day or time that our teachers are available.

Studio Birthday Parties are generally available Fridays and Saturdays at the following times:

    Fridays         5:30 p.m.

    Saturdays     2:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.

    Sundays       Available by special request and teacher availability.

 

Studio Parties include:

  • Access to studio and lobby 30 minutes before start time for setup.
  • Party for up to 15 children**, including birthday child and siblings.
  • 15 minutes of mingle/free play.
  • 30-40 minutes music class led by an UpBeat Louisville teacher, including instruments, props, favorite songs, parachute play, etc. We will build the party around your requests and our teaching expertise.
  • 30 minutes for food, cake, and the “Happy Birthday” song led by your music teacher.
  • 10-15 minutes additional dance party time.
  • 30 minutes clean up time, as needed.
  • We do not provide food/cake, but can provide a list of local vendors.

      **Additional children: $15 per child.

Packages start at $275. A $75 non-refundable deposit will be collected upon confirmed party agreement and availability. Gratuities are welcomed, but not required.

 

Home Parties include:

  • 30-40 minutes music class for up to 15 children**, led by an UpBeat Louisville teacher, including instruments, props, favorite songs, parachute play, etc. We will build the party around your requests and our teaching expertise.
  • A lead into the “Happy Birthday” led by your teacher with accompaniment immediately following the music class.
  • Packages start at $175. A $75 non-refundable deposit will be collected upon confirmed party agreement and availability.

      **Additional children: $15 per child.

      ***Additional fees may apply for travel outside a 15 miles radius of our studio.
